GROWTH HORMONE RELEASING PEPTIDE 2 (GHRP-2)
A peptide made up of just six amino acids, which stimulates secretion of endogenous GH. Research shows GHRP 2 can stimulate the pituitary to increase secretion of growth hormone by 7-15 times, stimulating ghrelin receptors to promote appetite. GHRP 2 acts as a synthetic ghrelin analog that stimulates the release of an endogenous growth hormone within the somatotropes of the anterior pituitary. Specifically, GHRP 2 will increase the number of somatotropes in a GH pulse by limiting the amount of somatostatin present while standard GHRH increases the amplitude at which the pituitary cells pulse.
GROWTH HORMONE RELEASING PEPTIDE 6 (GHRP-6)
Is not an active fragment of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). It is one of several synthetic met-enkephalin analogs that include unnatural D-amino acids that were developed for their growth hormone releasing activity and are called growth hormone secretagogues. GHRP 6 is a true hGH secretagogue. Which means it stimulates the body’s own secretion of HGH. Human Growth hormone has been shown in studies to promote lean body mass and reduce adiposity (fat). It is now known that these growth hormone releasing peptides are distinct from GHRH and do not act at the GHRH receptor, but instead act at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor, now renamed as the ghrelin receptor. HOW DO I TAKE THESE PEPTIDES?
Peptides are injected into the body fat, subcutaneously, using the smallest needle available, similar to what a person with diabetes uses to inject insulin. Injections are initially prescribed to inject every night and over time, are decreased in frequency. However, this will be assessed by one of our medical directors.
DO OTHER PEPTIDES LIKE GHRP-2 & 6 WORK BETTER WITH SERMORELIN TREATMENT?
Yes and no. 5 out of 10 patients experience side effects like uncontrollable hunger pangs, hot flashes, sleepiness, and headaches with GHRP'S. The other five, report significant better results with the combination of Sermorelin & GHRP peptides.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE MY PEPTIDE TREATMENT STARTS WORKING?
Peptides, like HGH, is excreted from the body very quickly so it must be injected on a nightly basis. The benefits can be seen as early as eight weeks into treatment, but initial and almost immediate benefits include better sleep, mental sharpness, and memory retention. However, to experience complete physical effects, these medications should be taken continuously for six months.
WILL I HAVE TO TAKE A PEPTIDE TREATMENT FOREVER
Yes and no. Once optimal growth hormone levels are achieved, they can be sustained for a long time after final injection. We've only seen this, if weight resistance training and a healthy diet are implemented along with the patient's treatment.

CAN I OVERDOSE FROM A ANY OF THESE PEPTIDE TREATMENTS?
No. In comparison to injectable HGH, peptides are safer, more affordable, and can be just as effective.
